Nest Scientific square media bottles are molded from USP grade VI virgin PET. Packed in double layer, non-shedding bags for use in cleanroom production environments. Molded in an ISO 7 cleanroom, sterile (SAL 1 X 10^-6) and lot tested free of DNase, RNAase, DNA, cytoxins/endotoxins and BSE/TSE. Extensively tested for leachables/extractables per ISO 10993. Extensive validation dossiers available upon request.

Reduced permeability to CO2/O2 allows long-term media storage. Tamper-resistant band around closure and neck of each bottle ensures sterility. Bottles come in shrink-wrapped trays.

Accuflow Systems 2-Liter Media Bottle Assembly is a sterile closed-system design with an EZ Top closure assembly with a 0.2µm Acro 50 vent filter.
This 2-Liter Media Bottle Assembly system is a closed-system design and includes a PETG Square Media Bottle and a 2-port EZ Top closure assembly consisting of a 0.2 μm Acro50 vent filter, an 36-inch length of tubing with a sealed end, a notched dip tube that extends to the bottom of the bottle, and a polyethylene cap. The EZ Top assembly is made from C-Flex pharmaceutical-grade thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) resin. The entire system is engineered to ensure an unobstructed fluid path, extremely low levels of extractables and a secure elastomeric seal between closure and bottle. Economically designed for the single-use market, these systems are easily used with sterile connecting devices and thermal tubing sealers. They are sold as single items, double-bagged and gamma irradiated to achieve a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6 per ANSI/AAMI/ISO 11137.
